Richard Mover is a seasoned performer and coach based in NYC, blending his background as an actor, director, and playwright with deep expertise in personal development. As the founder of Performance Transformance, he offers one-on-one and group coaching focused on powerful communication, emotional intelligence, and authentic presence.
A certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Richard leads the transformational Leadershift program and facilitates the popular Transformational Speakers Gym. With decades of experience in theater and storytelling — and collaborations with icons like Meryl Streep’s acting teacher Nikos Psacharopoulos — Richard helps speakers, leaders, and creatives connect more deeply with their audience and themselves.
